Meet Caroline
An author, founder and lifelong student of the healing arts, Caroline’s journey has unfolded across continents and disciplines.
She has immersed herself in aromatherapy, massage therapy, yoga, physical training, natural therapies and conscious beauty, weaving these practices into a deeper understanding of the relationship between body, mind and spirit.
In 2002, Caroline founded Doux Me, France’s first certified organic skincare brand, pioneering a new vision of conscious beauty.
After selling the company eleven years later, Caroline continued creating products, rituals and sensory experiences while deepening her creative and spiritual practice.
Today, she is the founder of Apium lab, a multidisciplinary creative studio where beauty, publishing, fragrance and sensory experiences come together in complete creative freedom.
Her work is guided by a simple intention: to create with meaning, awaken the senses and inspire a more conscious way of living. Her newest book, launching in Cape Town this December, is a continuation of this lifelong exploration.
