Exchange and Refurbishment Policy

 

Exchange Policy

PICHULIK will gladly accept exchanges within 28 days of the date of purchase, provided that: 
Items are returned within 28 days of date of purchase or order delivery
Items are returned with the original sales receipt
Items are returned in their original condition, unworn, unaltered , unsoiled and undamaged, with all tags attached and in original packaging
Items are exchanged at the store they are purchased at. If items were purchased online, they are welcome to be exchanged at our Atelier on 8 Watson Street.
Alternatively items may be couriered back to us, please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, but should you need assistance, we are happy to arrange collection with our couriers. Products being exchanged must be unworn and undamaged.  

Refurbishment Policy

Items are classified as faulty if they are not of a satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident, or through misuse will not be considered faulty. PICHULIK items that are received damaged or become damaged as a result of a manufacturing fault within six (6) months of purchase are considered faulty. Items that become damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If your PICHULIK item is faulty when you receive it, please fill out this exchange form here, within 7 days of receipt. Alternatively email us at customercare@pichulik.com
Our customer care associates will revert within 48 hours of receiving your email with a reference number, postage return address, and feedback on the next steps. Please return your faulty item for an exchange within 28 days from the date of purchase. 
PICHULIK will determine, in its sole judgment and discretion, whether the damage is as a result of normal wear and tear or some other reason.
If you have owned your item for longer than 6 months, you are not eligible for an exchange. 
After the 6-month period a repair cost will be charged. 
PICHULIK has made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on pichulik.com as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of a colour will be completely accurate.
