We deliver nationwide using Courier Guy services. A tracking number and link will be sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched. Your parcel is trackable via the Courier IT website.
All PICHULIK pieces are locally handcrafted and made to order. Once an order is received, production takes between 2 - 4 working days (depending on material availability).
Delivery will take between 2 - 4 working days, dependent on the shipping address.
In the event of PICHULIK being unable to meet customer demand with respect to certain collection pieces, customers will be notified of extended delivery period and may elect to add their name to our waiting list.
A physical address and a contact number is required for all orders placed online.
International Shipping
Flat fee: R600
We can assist with international shipping anywhere in the world via DHL. Please email online@pichulik.com for more information.
International Taxes and Duties; Recipients are responsible for any customs or import duties charged by the receiving company.
