We deliver nationwide using local courier services. A tracking number and link will be sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched.
All PICHULIK pieces are locally handcrafted and made to order. Once an order is received, production takes between 2 - 4 working days (material availability may affect production time).
Delivery will take between 2 - 4 working days, dependent on the shipping address.
In the event of PICHULIK being unable to meet customer demand with respect to certain collection pieces, customers will be notified of extended delivery period and may elect to add their name to our waiting list.
A physical address and a contact number is required for all orders placed online.
